When tracking is available, tracking details are provided after your order has been dispatched. Carrier scans may take time to appear after shipment.

Tracking Has Not Updated

Temporary gaps in tracking do not always mean a package is lost. If there has been an unusual delay, email support@wellnesswears.shop with your order number so we can review the shipment.

Delivered but Not Received

Please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and any carrier delivery notice. If the package still cannot be located, contact us promptly with your order number.
