Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.

How to Request a Return

Email support@wellnesswears.shop with your order number, the item(s) you want to return and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending merchandise.

Return Address

The correct return address will be provided after your request is approved. Do not send merchandise to the business registration address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please contact us promptly and include your order number plus clear photographs showing the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the stated return period may not be eligible. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Return Shipping

For discretionary returns, return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility. If we confirm that an item was defective, damaged on arrival or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and instructions regarding reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for processing by us and your payment provider; bank or card posting times may vary.

Exchanges

For a different size or color, contact us first. Availability is not guaranteed. We may ask you to return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellations

To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If fulfillment has already started or the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process may apply.
