Order Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order, email support@wellnesswears.shop as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to honor cancellation requests received before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, you may request a return after delivery if the order qualifies under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If we cancel a paid order because we cannot fulfill it, the affected payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
